CK-12 is a high-performance, compact rear-ported speaker designed for use in venues such as party-style KTV, KTV sound reinforcement, bars, nightclubs, and similar locations. It offers a remarkably smooth frequency response range from 50Hz to 20kHz (-10dB) with an exceptionally flat phase curve. The CK-12 enclosure boasts a trapezoidal design, housing a 12-inch woofer with a 76.2-core voice coil and a 1.75-inch ferrite tweeter (provided by Precision Devices) mounted on the front. The tweeter is equipped with a 100° (H) × 70° (V) constant directivity horn.
Both the top and sides of the speaker are thoughtfully designed with M10 mounting holes for suspension installation, while the bottom support frame base serves versatile purposes. The CK-12 speaker achieves a sensitivity of 97dB and an AES power rating of 450W. It employs a compact enclosure design featuring rear-ported ports. This design notably reduces the group delay within the low-frequency range, thus enhancing the perception of speed in the low frequencies and mitigating nonlinear distortion. Consequently, it attains a harmonious equilibrium between speed, power, and richness in the low frequencies, imparting a robust and elastic low-frequency effect that guarantees exceptional performance in any environment.
The enclosure is meticulously crafted using 15mm birch plywood and finished with a resilient black water-based paint. The rear panel houses two NL-4 four-core sockets for connections (1+1- input, 2+2- link). The rotatable logo enhances suitability for various speaker angles. The black perforated iron grille is lined with acoustic fabric to effectively combat moisture and dust, all while safeguarding the speaker units.
